CranioSacral Therapy is an extremely gentle, yet deeply powerful method of releasing body tensions through light touch contact on your body. This
method of light touch disengages the body's natural guarding mechanisms to allow for more subtle yet profound releases within your body. Sessions
help restore balance to your body's natural craniosacral rhythm while reaching deep into your central nervous system and musculo-skeletal system.
CranioSacral work is excellent for re-teaching the body how to relax on a deep level, de-programming old body habits and patterns, and disengaging

within. Everyone is personally coached and guided through each session with time after for education & discussion.
Private Yoga Therapy
These individualized sessions allow a person greater opportunity to dive into themselves and receive more assistance without the pressures of a group
environment. Specific guidance is offered through easy verbal cues and gentle contacts for improved alignment, greater stretch, and enhanced body
awareness. This personal attention focuses on you, where you are at, and where you want to grow with your yoga. Sessions combine traditional Hatha
and Vinyasa yoga with elements of guided visualization, breathwork, energy awareness, mantras, body centeredness, stability, and mobility. All
sessions begin with a thorough evaluation by a board certified physical therapist and registered yoga teacher to find out exactly what your body needs
and what you need to avoid in your specifically tailored yoga program.
Subtle Body Energy Therapy
These sessions address the more refined aspects of our anatomy often referred to as chakras, nadis, or energy channels. These parts of us serve as
the blueprints that give rise to the more physical aspects of ourselves and when in balance can have a positive impact on our overall wellbeing.
Sessions focus on releasing blockages and restoring more natural relationships and inner harmony within this internal grid.
Customized 1:1 Meditations
Sessions are dynamic and specifically guided to your current life situation. The meditations center around teaching you how to use the power of your
own awareness and human consciousness through concrete techniques that create change. The techniques strengthen your inner awareness of
mind/body connection and provide you with a road-map to your "inner terrain". You will learn how to use your mind to your advantage, instead of
fighting against it, to create a new reality for yourself.
